Lacey Howe

Biography

Lacey joined the Center for Indigenous Health in December of 2021 as a Research Assistant. Starting as a Research Program Assistant in September 2020, Lacey worked on several programs such as the COVID-19 Vaccine Clinical study, the PROTECT project, and assisting Northern Navajo Medical Center with local COVID-19 testing, contact tracing and vaccine events. Currently, she works with the Project SafeSchools study and +Connection is Medicine/The Healing Spirits Program as a team site lead for the Shiprock area.

Lacey received her BA degree in Pre-professional Health with a Minor in Biology from New Mexico Highlands University. On her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, and hiking.
