Aaron Beauford

Biography

Aaron, a member of The Navajo Nation, born for Táchii’nii (Red Running into the Water People clan). His maternal grandpa is of the Naasht’ézhi dine’é (Zine) and his paternal grandpa is African American. He joined the center November 2023. Aaron is a Research Program Assistant that assists in planning of projects which includes The Honoring Life Program.

Prior to joining the program, Aaron has worked with a nonprofit organization called Navajo Yes. He has learned to work with kids and communities by engaging with them through bike repair classes. Aaron has earned his associate in science from Utah State University and will be continuing his education as a part-time student at Dine College pursuing a BA in Physiology.
