Eva Franco

Biography

Eva joined the Center in June of 2022. She works as a Research Associate on the Administrative Team in Pinetop, Arizona and supports the Center’s human resource functions.

Previously, Eva was an accomplished public educator. She worked with kindergarten through second grade special needs students while residing in Iowa for nine years and more recently served as a second grade teacher at Linden Elementary School in Show Low, Arizona for three years. She has expertise in faculty and staff training and development, technological resources, and employee evaluation and monitoring.

Eva obtained her BS in Elementary Education from Waldorf University in Forest City, Iowa in 2010 and her MS in Elementary Education from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2017. Outside of work, Eva enjoys the great outdoors and spends as much time as possible hiking, fishing, skiing, camping, hunting, and exploring with her husband, André, and their two boys (ages 6 and 9). She also enjoys spending time in the kitchen cooking, baking, and preserving food.
