Biography
Rosemarie Suttle is an enrolled member of the White Mountain Apache Tribe and her clan is Tugaidn born for the Nadots’osin. She joined the Center for Indigenous Health in August of 2006 as a Research Program Assistant with the Celebrating Life Suicide Prevention Program.
Rosemarie works closely with various departments on the reservation to educate the communities about Suicide Prevention. She conducts in-services, works on Southwest HUB, and community outreach with follow up for individuals who have had a suicide incident (attempt, self-injurious behavior, binge drinking and ideations).
Rosemarie has completed the Public Health Training Certificate for American Indian Health Professionals through Johns Hopkins University. She plans to take classes through Northland Pioneer College.
