Biography

Rachel joined the Center for Indigenous Health in June of 2020. She works as a Research Associate for the Infectious Disease team, and coordinates a respiratory virus surveillance study called RSV and COVID SuNA.

Prior to joining the Center, Rachel worked with the infectious disease team as a graduate student and interned with the World Health Organization on the coordination of a global rotavirus surveillance network. Rachel has a BS degree in Biology with a focus on infectious diseases from Indiana University, and an MSPH degree in Global Disease Epidemiology and Control from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Rachel is based in Indianapolis, Indiana.
