Biography
Tara joined the Center for Indigenous Health in 2018. She worked with the Family Spirit team as a Consultant Trainer. She currently is the Family Spirit Implementation and Technical Assistance Specialist.
Tara has been working with home visitors since 2007, first as a home visitor herself and then moving into department leadership. Her most recent work focused on healthcare for human trafficking survivors.
Tara received her MPH and MS in Behavioral Health from the University of San Francisco. She is interested in Implementation Science and Maternal Child Health.
Tara is based in Grand Rapids, MI.
