Biography
In September 2020, Leander Stanley joined the Center as a Community Connector in Chinle. His role involved delivering food boxes, hygiene kits, and care boxes to families or individuals in the Central area and rural areas of the Navajo Reservation, to allow people to isolate during the pandemic. Lee has also continued his work with the Center by joining the PROTECT Program as a Motivational Interventionist, which helps educate the Native community members on helping to reduce and stop the spread of Covid-19.
