Biography
Meredith joined the Center’s Mental Health team in April of 2021. She works as a Research Associate in Baltimore, MD on suicide prevention projects including the Southwest Hub for Youth Suicide Prevention and My Pathway to Healing. Meredith’s research focuses have always included community-led and strengths-based approaches exploring social and structural determinants of health.
Prior to joining the Center, she worked on food injustice in Baltimore and housing, reproductive health, and economic and employment support in Oakland, California.
Meredith received an MPH in Health and Social Behavior from the University of California, Berkeley with a certificate in Multicultural Health. Outside of work, Meredith enjoys hiking, cooking (& eating!), and exploring new cities.
