Biography
Sylvie Perkins, MSPH, works as a research associate at the Johns Hopkins Center for Indigenous Health, Great Lakes Hub. She is a public health researcher with a strong foundation in program and financial management. She recently received her master’s degree at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, where she studied International Health and Social & Behavioral Interventions. Her research interests are based on prior experiences with the Peace Corps and USAID, which instilled a passion for health equity, community-based participatory research (CBPR), and systemic change.
