Welcome to this online Psychological First Aid training. This training was created to support frontline workers responding to the COVID-19 pandemic in American Indian/Alaska Native communities. This training is designed to be self-paced and completed by anyone who is interested in learning skills to help support the well-being of yourself and others during the COVID-19 pandemic. Please read the instructions for how to complete this training carefully.
Instructions for Completing the Training
1.) Click here to download the Psychological First Aid for COVID-19 Frontline Workers in AI/AN Communities guide. Save a copy of this guide which includes the information found in this training and can be used later as a reference.

2.) Watch all 8 lecture videos using the video player below. After watching each video, the next video will begin playing, or you can click the arrow on the lower right hand side to advance to the next lecture. These videos comprise the training lectures and help bring the information to life and teach it. Please watch all of the videos carefully before moving on to the next step.
3.) After you have watched all 8 videos, click the link at the bottom of this page to take a course completion quiz.
